[Anew is sitting on her bed, supposed talking to herself only the sphere has turned on so everyone can hear what she is saying]

It's just getting weirder... water turning to steam right out of tap... container of milk where the cheese or butter should be... This really can't be good.

[Anew looks over and blinks. She didn't realize it was on, but she's stopped being surprised by that at this point.]

Yeah, I'm seeing it. The ship has proven to be nothing but weird really.

That's one way to put it! Just be careful. Wouldn't want anybody to get burned because of the magically-altering tap temperature. But if this is like anything else, it shouldn't last long.

Well. Hopefully not as long as the locked doors, anyway...

[identity profile] a-new-innovator.livejournal.com 2009-09-01 01:11 am (UTC)(link)
I'll be careful. Probably everyone should, especially if a flock of chickens is going to fly out of the refrigerator.

That is true. Most of these don't last too long, but it makes me wonder what will happen next.

...you know, I think that would answer a lot of things. Because really, only a university student would think of making chickens fly out of refrigerators. There must be one behind all this!

[identity profile] a-new-innovator.livejournal.com 2009-09-01 01:20 am (UTC)(link)
[chuckles]

That would explain a lot of things. Perhaps we should try to see if there is one plotting these things to happen?
oliverplus: (Exactly)

[personal profile] oliverplus 2009-09-01 01:35 am (UTC)(link)
You never know!

[identity profile] a-new-innovator.livejournal.com 2009-09-01 02:51 am (UTC)(link)
People can be very surprising.
oliverplus: (Considering)

You're right. But maybe the captain has an even nuttier sense of humour than we thought?

[identity profile] a-new-innovator.livejournal.com 2009-09-02 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
Possibly. You never know. We haven't had many chances to speak with him.
oliverplus: (Oliver - Plotting)

[personal profile] oliverplus 2009-09-02 10:38 am (UTC)(link)
True. He's certainly taken enough opportunities to speak to us.

But I wonder if this is even his doing. I mean, I don't know who else's it could be, but it started when Orion stopped the security robots. It seems like the captain would've wanted to do something a bit more...destructive...when that happened. But who knows. Maybe this is all he could manage.

[identity profile] a-new-innovator.livejournal.com 2009-09-03 03:55 am (UTC)(link)
Possibly. It is really hard to tell what forces are controlling what here.
oliverplus: (Smirk)

[personal profile] oliverplus 2009-09-03 10:33 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, that's been one of the main problems all along. But hey, we've got Orion now! Hopefully we're on the way to solving it.

[identity profile] a-new-innovator.livejournal.com 2009-09-07 12:46 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, hopefully. It would be nice to figure out what is going on here so we can get everything fixed
oliverplus: (Happy)

[personal profile] oliverplus 2009-09-07 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
We will. Just wait and see!
